Apple Bread
I added 1 banana chopped into small pieces, only used 2 cups of brown sugar, 1 tsp of pumpkin spice, 1 tsp of vanilla , and 3/4 of oil and 1/4 soy milk. It was so good my family is asking for more. Trying it today for family member who is diabetic: with 1 cup brown sugar and 1 tsp pure powdered stevia. 1/2 oil and 1/2 cup soy milk, and added cranraisens to help with flavor, although it probably doesn't need it..

Tofu Mayonnaise
I added 1/2 tsp of dry chipotle spice, and pinch of cumin and thyme. Sprinkle of basil. Also 1/4 cup milk to help my blender out. I guess I could have used water too. This was delicious! FYI- I liked the amount of apple cider vinegar recommended.

Master Pizza Dough
I didn't have yeast and it turned out ok. I added 1 cup flat beer instead. Had to add more flour to make the dough roll softer. Used my hands to knead. That's it!
