Key Lime Pie VII

I have never made nor eaten key lime pie before, but after moving to a house with a key lime tree in the yard, I decided I needed to do something with them. Due to my husband's dietary restrictions (strict low-fat, gluten-free), I appreciated that this recipe doesn't use eggs. I made the recipe exactly as written, using fat-free sweetened condensed milk and fat-free sour cream in the filling, and fat-free whipped topping. For the crust I used gluten-free graham style animal crackers (cheaper than the gluten-free graham crackers), low-fat butter substitute, and equal parts sugar and Splenda. Like others, I baked for 10 minutes and the pie turned out superb! I doubt anyone would know by the taste that it's virtually a fat-free dessert!
