Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Wow, this is a great, easy dish to make! Although it definitely needs some changes. For a serving of 4, I used about 2 pounds of cubed stew beef, 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup beef broth, 1/2 cup onion, 1 package of onion soup mix, 1.5 tbps worcestershire sauce, 2 garlic cloves, and 4 oz of cream cheese. Using a whole brick of cream cheese makes it WAYYYY too rich and creamy. When I added the cream cheese to it (about half an hour before serving) I added 1/4 sour cream to the pot as well. MMMM It turns out great this way! I then served over egg noodles, and it was a huge hit!

Caesar Salad Supreme

Wonderful tasting ceasar salad! The Worcestershire sauce taste was a little too strong for me, so I would use 1/2 tsp instead of the full tsp. I also may cut down on the garlic a bit, unless you like it SUPER garlicy! But a very good recipe none the less! I did make my own croutons as well, which turned out perfectly! What I like to do though, is use sourdough bread instead of just regular bread. It adds a bit extra taste, and turns out wonderful! This salad was a huge hit at a recent pot luck dinner I went to!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

What a wonderful recipe! I tried making this recipe using a pork roast, rather than beef, and it turned out GREAT! I used chicken broth instead of water, added some mushrooms, onions, and garlic to the sauce, plus I also seasoned the pork roast first with seasoning salt. About an hour before the meat was done, I added some peas, corn, broccoli, and any other vegetable that would be good in it, along with about 2 tablespoons of flour to thicken up the gravy. I served this dish over rice, mmmm! The pork turned out extremely tender, I could cut it with a fork! I'm going to try other different cuts of meat, and see how they turn out! Yummy yummy!

Baked Dijon Salmon

Excellent recipe! I didn't use the nuts, as I am not a fan of any nut flavour, and it still turned out great! Very simple, but tastes great and looks elegant! Definitely not bland at all!

Best Ever Muffins

Great muffins!!! I've enjoyed trying different variations of this muffin recipe. So far, there's been no problems with adding different ingredients to the basic mix. My favourite is banana chocolate chip muffins! I usually add two smaller bananas, that I mash up first, then add about a cup of chocolate chips. Yummy! For me they bake for exactly 20 minutes - any longer and they're over cooked.

Very disappointed in this recipe. Turns out to be very very bland. The recipe on here called Mexican Rice II is MUCH better, and not bland at all.
