Simple Country Ribs

I love it!! This recipe is so easy. I add 1 or 2 cans of guinness beer to the pot before adding water. Then after removing the ribs I reduce the sauce to a thicker consistency to baste the ribs on the grill.

Ground Beef 'n' Biscuits

this recipe is a good idea, however . . . since it calls for tomato sauce it tasted like I was eating spaghetti sauce topped with biscuits. If i try this one again I might use canned tomatoes and additional seasonings.

Delicious and potent. I added a mixture of fruit and as a personal preference, I would not use citrus or apple. Next time I will stick to blueberries, raspberries and cherries.

French Onion Pan Rolls

Did not like this at all. I used another reviewers suggestion to mix the butter, onion soup and cheese together. BAD IDEA!!!! Dipping the bread this way puts way too much onion soup and cheese toping on your rolls and they end up ridiculously salty. I can't eat them and it's a shame because I went to all the trouble of actually making fresh bread to use instead of frozen.

Golden Yam Brownies

Very sweet and moist. They don't even need the glaze. I made them for an engagement party and everyone was surprised that they had sweet potato in them. I will definitely make these again!

These carrot cupcakes are fantastic. I made them for an engagement party and there was not a single one left! I did not use the white chocolate icing in the recipe, but a cream cheese icing also from this site.
