Despite reading countless other reviews suggesting to add extra spices. I made the recipe exactly as written. The flavour was all right, but I think it could have used a little something else. I would suggest reading the posted reviews and adding the extra spices that you think would fit your families tastes!

super easy and yummy! After reading others reviews I think I will try cooking it in broth instead of water next time. I also used the leftovers to make turkey quinoa meatloaf, also from this site. It's great when a recipe can do double duty!!

We found these to be a little bland. I didn't have the opportunity to let the meat mixture sit overnight, and was not able to use lamb, perhaps this played a roll in the blandness of it?? We also found that the pita got too crispy at 450 for 20 minutes. Next time I will play with the seasoning, let it sit over night and cook it at a lower temperature for less time.

Love these!!! Omitted the nuts and soaked the dried fruit in hot water before using. I also used the soaking water in the recipe!! My toddler and husband loved them too.

Whole Grain Breakfast Cookies

Love these!! I didn't have any nuts on hand so i replaced it with 3/4 cup of spelt bran. I also used honey instead of the Avave, and I used 2 eggs. They turned out wonderfully, no crumbling at all. These will definitely be a staple in our home!!
