My favorite things to cook
I love cooking in general. I have been inspired by the great cooks in my life, my mom and my grandma, who taught m so many important kitchen lessons. They built the foundation for my love of cooking and now i love to experiment and try new things when cooking.
My cooking triumphs
A 5 course meal for 8 people on New Year Eve. What a challenge!
My cooking tragedies
A recipe for pork chops that was supposed to have a hint of orange flavour. They ended up tasting like you were eating a piece of orange peel.

Broccoli, Pepperoni and Three Cheese Calzones
Amazing!!! They freeze well too so I will be making a double recipe to keep in the freezer for quick last minute meals.

Apple Squares
SO GOOD!! I made it with half whole wheat flour and a little apple juice. Will definitely be adding this to my favourites list!

Keema (Indian-Style Ground Meat)
Despite reading countless other reviews suggesting to add extra spices. I made the recipe exactly as written. The flavour was all right, but I think it could have used a little something else. I would suggest reading the posted reviews and adding the extra spices that you think would fit your families tastes!
