Apricot Glazed Chicken

This truly is a quick and easy meal! The sauce is very good and good for you too! We will have it again!

This recipe was really easy to prepare and would be easy to make ahead of time. The chicken came out soooo tender BUT it didn't have much flavor. We added a lot of salt and pepper which helped alittle. I also had some trouble getting the sauce to thicken.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

This recipe was super! It was full of flavor and a lot of KICK! I added the two cans of diced green chilis instead of 1 of jalapenos and 1 of green chilis and it was still HOT so beware! I also added a can of corn white was a nice addition as well! Enjoy!
