We love this recipe. It's great and very kid friendly…well for my picky eaters. However, I do use chicken breast and cut it into bite size pieces. After I bake it with about half the sauce I drain the extra juices and coat the chicken pieces with the rest of the sauce and bake it until the sauce is warm and nice and stuck on the chicken, usually 5-10 minutes. We love this dish for baseball games in the spring. We use the plastic cups and put rice in the bottom of the cup and top it off with the chicken. The kids always come looking for seconds and it gives my pitcher a chance to grab a bite during down time.
