Delicious Egg Salad for Sandwiches
I did not have green onions. I substituted dill relish to taste, and to crunch. I also used spicy brown mustard instead of yellow prepared. Great googly moogly, this was delicious! I will be making it again, and again. For the low carbers, it can be served over lettuce, on slices of cheese, or cold cuts, or it will stand well as a side dish. Try it with slices of cheese, and avocado for a completely hunger crushing lunch.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
I made this recipe to the letter the first time, and the second time I added another 1/8th cup of milk. Both times the recipe made delicious pancakes, about 8 standard sized cakes. I cut the butter at the 4 Tbsp line, and melted it in a bowl, setting 1/4th of it aside. Then I added the milk to that, finally the egg, and whisked it up. I poured the liquid into another bowl with the dry ingredients, whisked it until blended, and let it sit for 15 minutes before cooking. For other guys that are clueless about cooking like me, on an electric stove, I set the electric stove to 6 out of 10, and in between each pancake, I coated the frying pan with some of the leftover melted butter. These were really, really good with a little maple syrup, and the second time with strawberries, whipped cream, and a little strawberry syrup.

Best Bread Machine Bread
I actually joined this site because this recipe was that awesome. It came out light, fluffy, just as advertised. The next time I make this, I'm going to go with slightly less yeast, just to give it more density. Using an Oster Expressbake, this came out better than store bought bread, and it slices great after cooling. It also toasts well in a toaster oven once made.
