Brown Sugar-Glazed Home-Style Meat Loaf

This is just the best! I am a Frat House cook. The first time I cooked this for 30 students I used 10 pounds of beef. Not enough. The next 2 times I used 15 pounds, there was only a piece left. They wanted to know what was in the amazing glaze. One of the fellows doesn't like onions so I lightly sauteed them. He never noticed them. I don't have loaf pans so I made them free form and poured off the grease halfway thru. They have come out very moist and flavorful every time. thank you so much for posting this recipe.

This is my new "go-to" recipe. I am a Frat House cook. I made it last week for 30 students and they raved about it. I can't wait to have company and show off this recipe. It was easy and impressive.
