I love these cookies! They are delicious and moist. I made these for a football game and we had people that stood by the cookie dish all day. I made the changes some people suggested and added 2 tablespoons of vanilla (seems like a lot, but it was awesome) and 1/2 tsp of salt. I have NO idea why people had issues with them being cake like? DON'T cook the
pudding first. General cookie tips - Keep dough refrigerated between batches.
The baking sheet needs to cool after you use it. Run water over it or alternate cookie sheets.
Use parchment paper (NOT WAX) to make the bottoms perfect.
Small ice cream scoops will make a uniform cookie. If you want a textured look then break them in half then stick the old outside edges together (so the jagged middle is now on the outside)
