I thought this recipe was just awful. The cookies were flat and goey. I'm wondering if something is wrong with the recipe, because the directions talk about adding almonds. I didn't see this anywhere in the list of ingredients. Maybe I'm missing something??

Vegetable Chowder

Very good! I substited with frozen vegetables (but then I simmered for the 20 minutes and that was not necessary, my veggies were over cooked). I also used a can of beer and one cup of water. Will definately make again!

Peanut Butter Tarts

These are a real hit at the office. They taste great! They do take a long time to make (unwrapping all of the reese's) and you need to make sure you store them in an air-tight container as they will become dry.
