About this Cook
I am an In Flight Service Manager with our international airline - I am single but have a big family who lives to eat and for whom I love to cook for. When ever I am in town and say that I will do the cooking for the family (we get together every Saturday) everyone makes sure that they will be home plus I have friends who always ask when am I NOT flying for they are sure to know that I will be cooking on the weekend.
My favorite things to cook
Everything - My family have learned to enjoy all types of foods from alot of places in the world that I have flown to.
My cooking triumphs
My sister's wedding - for 200 people. An aniversiry party for my parents - 85 people and other family and friends gatherings that have at least 26 people and up.

Pecan Pie Muffins
Very good - went according to the recipe - very simple.

Banana Nut Muffins
I love this recipe and so does all my friends and family. I added more walnuts and also dried cranberries - Instead of using a regular muffin tin - I used 4 mini muffin tins - great when all you want is a bite ot two of sommething good.

Eclairs II
Made these eclairs small and put vanilla ice cream in thenm and then put them in the freezer - took out the tray and in a few minutes they were gone - a great dessert!!!
