I made this tonight because I forgot to buy pizza dough at the grocery. It definitely is quick, came together well. I just made plain pepperoni and baked it at 500 for 15 minutes (what I usually do with store-bought). It seems a little underdone on the crust front, though the cheese and 'roni are great. I would stick to the 15-20 minutes at 450 direction, maybe this would cook the crust better while not letting the toppings get too burnt. Definitely tasted soft & doughy, but again I cooked at a higher temperature for 15 minutes.
