I started cooking as a teenager in Boy Scouts after too many eggs with sand in them. I found I really enjoy cooking for a crowd. I love cooking any kind of breakfast and chili. My objectives in cooking these days include low-sodium (bye-bye blood pressure meds!) and recently gluten free (even more challenging).
