Stir-Fry Spinach Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2011
Yummm. Instead of ketchup and soy sauce I used Sweet Baby Rays Sweet and Spicy Sauce. I also used crushed pineapple and skipped the tomatoes. I served with Asian Sides Chicken Fried Rice. Really good. Even the hubby liked it with the spinach! Win!

Made these for a party and they were so good! Next time I make them I might make some with peanut butter or caramel kisses or PB M & Ms.

Baked French Toast

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2010
I took the other reviewers suggestion and drained some of the egg prior to soaking in the fridge. Turned out perfect. I did sub maple syrup for the corn syrup b/c I didn't have any but it turned out great. I served with sliced strawberries. Definitely making this every year.

Savory Crescent Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2013
I made these tonight with a few changes. So good, kids loved them. I used onion and chive cream cheese and didn't brush butter or croutons on. I increased the amount of filling and had enough to make two crescent roll container worth. I also added some cheddar jack shredded cheese to the filling. Making again!

Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2009
Very simple, pretty good but will add the onion soup mix next time. Put the crock pot on a 10 hour setting so might add more milk b/c it was a little dry. Will make again.

Bagel and Cheese Bake

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2010
I cut the recipe in half and it turned out great. I did tear up the bagel for better cutting and I made sure I pressed all the bagel down in the liquid with a spatula prior to soaking. I added cheese to the top layer like other suggested and did bake for about 40 minutes. Definitely making for next year, my family loved it.

Marinade for Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2010
So good we marinated chicken and grilled out. Hubby made chicken sandwiches with cheese, lettuce and mayo he loved it. I didn't have Worcestershire sauce so I subbed with A1, I also reduced the servings to 6 and had enough for 4 chicken breasts with some left over. would be great on veggies or steak and will use again!
