Stuffed Green Peppers I

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2005
Not bad but a lot of work. I wouldn't do them again for that reason.

Beef and Noodle Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2005
This recipe is really good and quick to make. My only suggestion is that I cut the cheese requirement in half because I don't like the cheese to overpower everything else.

Carrie's Bruschetta Appetizer

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2005
This recipe is pretty good but not worth the effort it takes to make it. And I find the bruschetta better with cold tomatoes rather than warm ones.

Chicken Cacciatore over Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2005
My husband and I love this recipe... you'd be amazed how just a little bit of sugar takes this recipe from good to great. Love it!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2005
As good as any other sugar cookie I've ever had. It was a bit difficult to roll the last bit of dough as it was very sticky but very easy to make overall.

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2005
Very very tasty and quite easy to make. I didn't put the almond extract in, nor did I use vanilla. But I used both seedless rasapberry and seedless strawberry jam and they both turned out very well. They were a big hit!

Terribly messy to make but not too bad overall. Definitely not my favourite recipe.

No Sugar Apple Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2005
I got rave reviews for this pie from my Dad who eats absolutely no sugar due to his diabetes. And it tasted amazing even to me. It's not goopy like store bought apple pies and definitely isn't too tart. The only thing I'd recommend is adding more cinnamon to taste. I did and it turned out really well! The best of my Xmas baking this year!

Sugar Free Cinnamon Nut Balls

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2005
This recipe was so dry that I could barely get dough to form. I had to use extra butter to make it even formable and then it tasted like sawdust anyways.
