Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2011
These are the best brownies I've ever tasted in my life, hands down. My husband and kids said the same but I was in utter amazement at how delicious they are. Next time I'll bake for 25 minutes instead of 20, but they were still absolutely DELICIOUS. I am not usually a big fan of brownies, but I will be making these again and again. Easily 5 stars.

Easy Granola Bars

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2010
These are delicious! I line the 9x13 pan with parchment paper so some is hanging over the sides. Then I take another piece of parchment paper and place it on top of the granola once I've dumped it into the pan. I use my meat pounder (flat side) and pound it and smooth it all over the top of the parchement paper so the granola underneath gets nice and flat and pushed into the edges of the pan. Once they're done baking, I pull it out of the pan with the parchment paper and l cut it into bars with my pizza cutter. Perfect!

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2009
This is THE BEST chocolate cake recipe. Everyone raves about it, and it's SO simple! I made cupcakes with it, and baked them @325 for 15 minutes. I will not use another chocolate cake recipe, this one is "it" for me.

This recipe is SO DELICIOUS!! Followed the instructions exactly and it turned out perfect. My husband and picky children LOVED it too. Will be adding this to my list of favorite recipes. Thank you! I don't need any other enchilada recipe, this is it.

Saskatoon (Serviceberry) Rhubarb Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2008
I wanted to note that this recipe makes TWO double crust pies! It is better to make your own crusts if you can - enough for two, double crust pies; but the frozen pie crusts work fine as well. Just make sure you have enough for two, or else freeze the remaining filling for later. This is our favorite pie, hands down. Serve with vanilla ice cream after it's cooled and once the filling has firmed up.
