Peppermint Brittle
Great recipe! I made it using white chocolate chips. Almost all the brands of white chips you find aren't actually white chocolate, which is why the labels say things like "white morsels". The real ones are hard to find. I also did as others suggested and only mixed in the smallest crushed candy cane pieces and pressed the rest into the top. The only problem with that was I ended up with a lot of pieces that weren't pressed in well enough and fell off. I think next time I'll either mix them all in or put a piece of wax paper on top so I can press the candy cane pieces in well without getting chocolate all over my fingers.

Diana's Hawaiian Bread Rolls
This was a great recipe! I loved it. My whole family loved it. My best friend wanted the recipe, and my boyfriend wanted me to make more. I used almond extract instead of lemon, 2 tbsp. honey instead of the molasses, regular shortening instead of butter flavored, and an extra half cup of flour. I also make 24 rolls instead of 12 and they came out a really good size. If you only made 12, they would be pretty big, but a good size if you wanted to make sandwiches. 24 makes a nicely sized dinner rolls.
