Tater Tot Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2004
This is great for a quick meal. I added green beans to the bottom of the pan, then added the meat mixture which I added the soup and milk to as suggested. I topped it off with thawed frozen hash browns and added the cheese the last 10 minutes of baking. I have a family of 6 and everyone enjoys this dish.

Magic Cookie Bars II

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2005
I added an extra 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs (2 cups total), and added 4 tbsp of sugar to it. Turned out great! Also put the condensed milk on top of the graham cracker crumbs.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2005
Added some minced garlic and pepper and half an pack of dry onion soup mix. . Also added a little cornstarch to thicken up the gravy a bit. This had a nice flavor to it, I liked the cream chesse in place of the sour cream for a change. Nice recipe to add to my collection.

Quick and Easy Clam Chowder

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2005
I used 1 can cream of celery soup, 2 cans cream of potato soup, 2 cans New England clam chowder, 4 cans clams (2 cans with juice), 1 cup half-and-half and 1 cup whipping cream. It could have been a little thicker but the taste was very good. This made ALOT of chowder!

Chocolate Cherry Cake II

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2005
I used a 9-inch bundt pan, baked it for 38 minutes. Came out perfect! I made the frosting as written and it compliments the cake nicely. I do agree with alot of others that the frosting can be cut in half. I had enough to frost two cakes. Great recipe.

Mall Pretzels

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2005
I let the bread machine do the hard work, the dough was easy to work with once it was done. But I did not think these had a pretzel taste at all.

Kickin' Collard Greens

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2005
I made this exactly as it's written and it was fantastic. It was a bit spicy for the younger kids so I will have to cut back or omit the red pepper next time. The rest of us loved the spicy taste. This is how I will make my greens for now on! Thanks!

Spaghetti Pizza I

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2007
I followed this as written and it turned out GREAT. I have a family of 6 and all of us enjoyed this. I didn't think this was too "soupy", it thickened up as it shimmered. The only addition I would think of adding to it is a little ground beef mixed in with the sauce. This will be a keeper at my house.

Easy Iced Coffee

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2008
This one gets 5 stars, I love this stuff, just as it's written! It is perfect for my Magic Bullet. Add the coffee, warm water and sugar to the magic bullet mug and swish around a bit to dissolve the sugar. Add the 3/4 cup milk. (I also add 2 ounces of vanilla creamer for the taste.) Fill the mug the rest of the way with ice. Twist onto the Magic Bullet base to grind it up (30-45 seconds), twist off and drink it right out of the mug. It's awesome! I had my MB for 2 years and used it once, I use it daily now! Thanks for the recipe.
