I love to cook for people who enjoy good food, my love is for continental foods, herbs rather than spices.I love to entertain and am a people person, however I am also very happy in my own company and with a good book.I also write and am compiling a book of childrens stories. My other desire is for more travel, so much to see, so much to learn.I am now retired so hope to spend a lot more time doing the things I like to do.I want to enthuse my grandchildren with my love of good food and adventure.

Wow what not to cook, I guess Fish,meat main courses , starters and bouffet food, not too keen on deserts or baking.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Clasic, continental, and very good lunches, Try everything. When my children were young I used to "cook around the world" I picked a country and we learned about that country, their money, their customs,their cities and cooked their food, it was a wonderful experience for us all.
My cooking triumphs
having my recipes cooked in a 3 star very snobbish restaurant by a second chef ( a family member ) and getting the seal of approval from the dinners.
My cooking tragedies
I CAN NOT cook chips !!!
