Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2011
We now use this recipe as a base for our fish. We have altered it as many others have done and find it still to be delicious! If you don't have the celery salt it will still turn out great! - try it and you will become a believer.

Easy Turkey Gravy

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2008
This recipe was a great saver for me. We forgot for someone to make gravy for the large family dinner. I ran online to the trusty allrecipes.com and found this quick recipe. I followed the directions to the T except we used Cream of mushroom/with garlic soup; because that's all we had. I also did not add any poultry seasoning, salt or garlic because the turkey drippings were already seasoned. It was brined and had much of this already in it. It turned out wondeful! If I would have added the salt ... it would have been too salty. The gravy saved the day. I actually had people call me up later for the recipe to make for their family dinner.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2008
My famiy and friends like buffalo to be really hot. I modified the recipe to reflect this. I now put 1 1/2 bottles of the hot sauce in it while cooking the chicken. This has resulted in a lot hotter dip for our taste. The original recipe is also good... but if you like it hot I recommend putting more in to suit your taste. It will come out wonderfully!!! I never have any leftovers when I make this and I always double the batch. It's great!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2007
I halved the batch and made one with walnuts and one without. It turned out wonderfully. My only suggestion was to add more sour cream then it called for. I like a more moist and heavier bread. It turned out wonderfully. People who dont usually like banana bread raved on mine. Great recipe.. try it ... you'll love it!!

Rosemary Roasted Turkey

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2007
I cooked this recipe and added some of the variations from other reviewers such as: using a Rosemary Brine Recipe and brining the turkey night before. I also cooked the turkey upside down. I was leary of this but with the wonderful reviews by doing this; I thought I would give it a try. I read to add butter under the skin, I did this sparingly, next time I would add more butter... very generously. Even though the turkey turned out wonderful. Many compliments came from this. I highly recommend using this for any dinner!
