My cooking triumphs
Learning these basic rules: 1) Dry all meat (beef, chicken, pork...) with paper towels right before cooking or baking. 2) Always take meat out of the fridge 30 mins before cooking. 3) Not being so afraid of salt. It can make all the difference. 4) Buying dynarex brand vinyl powder-free disposable gloves. About $6 for a box of 100 on Amazon. Use for cutting chicken, meatloaf mixing, etc. Definitely worth it.
