Mom's Brussels Sprouts

These were DELICIOUS. Even without the walnuts. My husband LOVED them, and my five year old daughter (who would never touch them before) asked for seconds!

I am giving this recipes five stars because it was truly delicious! The only change I made was instead of honey, I used maple syrup..kind of a big change, but I was out of honey. I believe, however, that this would be just as good with honey! The maple glazed my hen perfectly, and it browned beautifully! MMmmm

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Delicious. Try adding another egg to this recipe. It makes the cookies chewier and they hold together well:) I also threw in a few mini chocolate chips for a nice treat:)

Poppy Seed Bread III

This turned out great. It was very dense, much like a banana bread. I gave one load to my friend and her family ate it up in one night! I didn't have the almond extract, so I doubled the vanilla and it was still delicious! My daughter and I just finished off the last of the loaf! I'd only make one change...I'd add more poppy seeds to rhe recipe:) Enjoy!!
