Very good! I used applesauce instead of oil, no dry milk, no brown sugar, double the banana, himalayan salt, about 4 tablespoons of egg whites instead of a wholeegg, and added some soy protein powder to give it a more balanced meal. Served with sugar free rhubarb sauce on top and it was a hit with my husband!
