30-Minute Minestrone
Thank you Betty!!! This soup was awesome. I did add some red pepper flakes, for a little kick. My fiance, who is from a very traditional Italian family was amazed. He even said it was the best Minestrone he had ever had. He has been talking about it since, and would have no problem eating it today, even if it is 80 degrees out. Thank you so much, I will definitly be making this one again.
