Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
This recipe was simple and very good. I baked 4 chicken breasts in the slow cooker on a spiral of foil and drained the liquid and fat. This brought the weight down to just about a perfect pound. I used two cans of chicken broth and no water. I used a teaspoon od dried cilantro and then served with fresh cilantro instead of adding to the crock pot. Next time I make this I will use a larger oval crock pot. I made this in the 4 Quart size and it was a bit fuller than the pot should have been so I cooked it extra hours.

Slow Cooker Bananas Foster
This is an excellent recipe. I have used it over and over for everything from our family dinner to large parties with multiple bached prepared. I have never had the banans turn out mushy as described by one reviewer. I have always made it with rum instead of the extract and a few times have added a dash more rum just before serving to light at the table.

Quick Chicken Divan
This was SO easy and very good. Made only minor adjustments to suit our tastes. I used left over plain grilled chicken, but I marinated in lemon juice a few hours before putting this together. I mixed some extra parmasan into the cheese to make a full 2 cups of cheese (Mainly to clean out my fridge). I used the Mushroom Soup with roasted garlic. Next time I will thaw and drain the broccoli to get rid of excess water. I did not do this because I thought the extra moisture would be good. It was a little too much.
