I need to start eating healthy. My health is at risk. I work full time, go to school at night part-time and take care of my mom. I spend very little time in the kitchen. This needs to change!

When I do cook, its usually high carbs (lots of pasta)I rely heavily on take-out and prepared food in the grocery store. Neither are good.
