Lemon Pepper Green Beans

I would swap the lemon pepper spice for fresh squeezed lemon juice and fresh ground pepper. Would make this again.

Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling

Inside of a bean and cheese burrito, this mixture is ideal. This is something I have used a few times. Instead of chicken breasts, I have been using 'stir fry' chicken.

Cedar Planked Salmon

There seemed to be a fine line between the salmon being undercooked and the planks catching fire. I soaked them for 6 hours, and yet they burst into flames after 10 minutes on the bbq. Next time, will watch them closely and will have a glass of water nearby.

Pears Panos

Was unsure, so I left the skin on and that seemed to work nicely. The syrup was very watery even after 90 minutes over medium heat. Tasted fine, but reminiscent of canned pears. Not sure I would do it again.
