Korean Marinade

This fell really short of my expectations I guess. I just didn't like it much. I think I will try it again with a longer marinade time (was overnight).

Asian Barbequed Steak

Thought it would be more spicy with all that chile but it wasn't. Very good done medium rare after a 3.5 day marinade! I took the left over steak and sliced it thinly and they made a beautiful addition to an another asian meal I prepared.
