This recipe was good enough for me to serve to 80 people for a Sunday School class dinner! The modifications I made to feed the crowd were: pounded chicken day before, added garlic and italian seasonings to cream cheese mixture, used shredded cheddar, added egg to milk. I rolled chicken up, didn't even use toothpicks-only minor leakage! I assembled chicken rolls early in day, then just drizzled with sauce and baked right before serving. Did have to re-pan after cooking, quite a bit of grease with butter sauce and cheese stuffing, so for presentation I put into clean pan for buffet. Served with roasted asparagus and red potatoes with rosemary. Guests absolutely loved it!!
