Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2014
cut the oil/salt in half, and this recipe is amazing! serve with rice, the leftover drizzlings are perfect with it.

made exactly as said except with chicken broth instead of turkey, and no turkey liver. tasted okay in my opinion.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2014
I'm giving 3 stars right now, but will change my recipe next time. I did what others did and throw the whole mixture/chicken in a slow cooker. The sauce seemed to be too much, and not thick enough either. Also the chicken just didn't have the strongest teriyaki taste. I will try baking it next time and update my review.

Famous Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2014
i made chicken nugget sized pieces and it tasted pretty good! i did add garlic powder, onion powered, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning to the mixture. However i think i'll cut out the italian seasoning next time. Very easy recipe!

Sausage Pasta

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2014
I gave it five stars though i did make some changes. i had some left over spaghetti sauce i made and thats what i used instead of a can of diced tomatoes/spices. other than that i just added mushroom with the spinach and sausage (I used turkey sausage), and served it with angel hair pasta. it tasted great!!

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2014
As written I would give it 4 stars. But after my adjustments it's 5 stars. I did double the sauce by adding in Cream of Mushroom and Beef stock. I put fresh cut mushrooms in the sauce too. I also added onion, garlic, cumin, and chili powder to my meat mixture. It tasted great!!!

Szechwan Shrimp

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2014
I loved it! Already made it twice. I would definitely recommend doubling to tripling the sauce.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2014
I thought this tasted SO GOOD for how fast I was able to make it. I also dredged the chicken in flour before searing it. I serve with mushrooms and broccoli. I steam the broccoli first, and toss that in with sliced mushrooms at the end of my cooked chicken/sauce, and mix it all together.

Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2014
I personally hate Alfredo sauce but my brothers love it and I made it for them. They loved it. Easy to make. I actually used the green jarred parmesan cheese because that's all I had, and I whisked a ton and added it in small amounts. Turned out fine. Also added a little pepper and chili powder.

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2014
I used half balsamic vinegar and half chicken stock. It was a good dish, not amazing, but for the amount of time it took to make (15 min?!) it deserves atleast 4 stars. I don't know if i'll make it often, but if you need something fast, this totally works. I also added mushrooms to my dish, and served it with white rice. The more sauce you make the better!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2014
I actually combined a little bit of the two most popular artichoke spinach dip recipes on this site. But most of it came from this one, all I substituted was alfredo sauce for mayo, and i cut out the romano cheese simply because I didn't have it. I also I put a lot more spinach, probably 3 times as much. It tasted great!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2014
I made it exactly as written, and also added some breadcrumbs to the mixture. I didn't broil, just baked. My family loved it, though I didn't, but I think it's just because I'm not a fan of parmesan.

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2014
Probably shouldn't review this based on the couple adjustments I made, but I'm gonna do it anyways! I didn't have lemon pepper or dill weed so I didn't use any. Instead I added wine, and some honey mustard to the sauce (which i did double). It tasted great and it's super easy. Also instead of using chicken breasts I used chicken tender sized pieces which I seared on both sides with seasoning first, and then added to the boiling sauce to finish the dish in one pot.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2014
The recipe by itself is WAY too buttery. I cut the butter and also: - added heavy cream (can also use half and half) - lemon juice - parsley flakes - wine - honey mustard After these adjustments the recipe is 5 stars.

Brazilian Lemonade

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2014
Following the recipe as is, I thought it was "ok". I think perhaps most people are more used to the bitter aftertaste this drink leaves. But other than that, it's pretty healthy for you and tastes decent. I would probably add more sugar next time.

Mango Lassi II

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2014
Ok so this recipe tastes just like melted yogurt if you put that much plain yogurt. I cut it by half atleast, and added an equal amount of milk. The ice is crucial, if it's not cold, it's not that great. After these changes it tasted really good.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

I don't even like chocolate cake and I liked this. Very rich, so next time I would try substituting more healthy ingredients into it but otherwise I followed the recipe exactly and it's great!!!
