Blueberry Zucchini Bread
We have an abundance of zuchinni and blueberry in our garden this year. I did make one modification. Instead of one cup of oil, I used one cup of plain yogurt. It came out really well. I didn't tell my husband I did this and he devoured half the loaf before I could mention it. I can definitely tell that there is a lot of sugar in this. So, maybe next time I will cut it back the sugar too. But saving this recipe so that we can make it again. YUM!

Fig Cookies
I used the fig preserve recipe and blended it so that it would come out more like the newtons we know and love. The instructions were a bit confusing but the taste was incredible. I would recommend cutting them in to bars before the cookie part hardens.

Hummus III
This is great. I experiment with the recipe every time that I make just so that I can always have something different. Try using sundried tomato or other dried spices to "jazz" this up... it makes a great base recipe.
