Vegetarian Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2013
Great recipe. I stuck with the listed ingredients but couldn't find the frozen pepper and onion combo so I used fresh. I also put in 1 less can of chillies but added a fresh jalapeno, okra and black beans and that's just because I had them. Since I am a vegetarian I try and add protein wherever I can and this soup turned out fantastic. I absolutely loved it and will be making more. Thank you for the recipe, it is a keeper

Vegetarian Gravy

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2012
This recipe is awesome!!! I didn't use 1/2 cup of oil because I am the only one eating this, so I decreased the oil, flour and the veggie broth and added chopped fresh sage, only because I love it, and I used everything else and it was fantastic. Put in a bag of meatless meatballs and this is what I will be taking to Christmas dinner for me - the others can eat their turkey. Love, love, love it. Thank you for a very fantabulous recipe.

Mom's Ginger Snaps

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2005
This is undoubtedly the easiest and best recipe for cookies I have ever tried. The dough was not oily and came together quite nicely. My oven runs very hot, so I cooked them at 340 for 11 minutes and they were perfect; I also doubled the spices because I wanted a "real" kick. Thank you for a new favorite and I will be making this many more times.

Dog Food Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2005
I didn't change a thing in this recipe but have to tell you, I am serving this at a potluck at work and it will be presented in a brand new, never used dog food bowl. Thank you for a great recipe.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2005
This dip is out of this world. I used 2 chicken breasts that I boiled and shredded and I have to admit, I used more than 3/4 cup of hot sauce; I used closer to 1 1/2 cups as I love it and left the cheese out. You gotta try this, it is amazing and my co-workers are going to goggle this up. Thank you for a new "favorite".

You've Gotta Be Kidding Onions

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2004
Since there is only my husband and myself, this recipe would have been way to much, so I scaled it down a tad and had it on veggie burgers. All I can say is, YUM.

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2004
I made this great cheeseball for work and I added in 1/3 cup of cocoa powder to the mixture. This cheeseball disappeared off the plate. Great recipe if you want something really different.
