Iced Mocha Fusion Shake

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2007
Four stars only because I changed the recipe and I think it would have been so much better if I didn't. I thought it would be okay to use regular coffee mix rather than mocha. Wrong! It was bad, next time I'll stick to the directions.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2007
AMAZING! I decided to use 9 inch Keebler Ready Crust (Graham Cracker) and it yielded two cheesecakes plus extra batter. They were soo good and gone in a week! Also my first cheesecake and the recipe was easy to follow. A+!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2005
After eating a chicken teriyaki hoagie from Subway I really wanted to try this. It was really good! I used about 10 chicken strips and only baked it for about 45 minutes. I followed the directions and brushed it though. It was DELICIOUS and everyone loved it!

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2005
These were the absolute best oatmeal raisin cookies ever. For some of them I left out the raisins and they were also DELICIOUS. I also soaked the raisins in warm water for about 20 minutes. These were gone in 2 days. Everyone loved them. Thank you so much for this awesome recipe!!

Creamy Apple Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2005
I really didn't like this. I was debating 2 or 3 stars. I needed to add more oats because after waiting about 7 minutes for the oats to absorb the water mixture nothing was happening. I left out the apples.. maybe that was my problem?

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2005
This is soo good. I only made one serving, but I used a whole banana. I didn't use quite a tablespoon of milk either. Yum!

Fabulous Homemade Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2005
This is the best bread I have ever tasted! I like it so much better than anything you get at the store. I only made one loaf, but it was gone in a day. I don't know if they are the same or not but I used all purpose flour when it said to use bread flour. Thanks for the recipe!

Mocha Coffee

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2005
The only reason I put 4 stars is because I don't really like coffee. But this was good. I reduced the cocoa powder to 1 1/2 tsp and just put in as much milk as I thought it needed. I think it was much better than regular coffee and will make it again.

I LOVED this! I left out the pecans but it still tasted delicious. I put it on top of "Good Old Fashioned Pancakes". Yum.

These were great. The only thing i did different was use 1/2 tsp salt instead of 1. I ate them with Pike's Gooey Syrup. DELICIOUS!!

Easy Toffee

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2005
I was really surprised to see a toffee recipe using saltines. But it had great reviews so I had to try it. I loved it. I don't know how many saltines I used but I made two layers on the bottom of the pan. I baked it for 10 minutes. Also left out the almonds. I loved it!! THANK YOU KIM!!!

Graham Griddle Cakes

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2005
These were pretty good. They tasted more like a regular pancake so next time I make them I will add more graham cracker crumbs. Mine got a little burnt too, I'd turn the flame down a little bit. Overall I liked them.

Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2005
This was much better than I expected. I enjoyed it. I only made one sandwich and because of other reviews I cut the amount of mayo in half. I didn't have garlic salt so I left that out. Also I used a mix of shredded Jack cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. It came out good. You can really taste the cream cheese and mayonnaise. I liked this one.

French Toast II

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2005
I really enjoyed this French Toast. I was only making 2 slices for me, and when I reduced the servings to 2 it said to use 2/3 eggs, but I was having problems with that so I just used 1 egg. And because of several reviews I cut the nutmeg portion about in half. You could still taste it, but it tasted good. I dipped this in maple syrup and cinnamin. It was great.

Popovers

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2004
These were really easy to make and turned out very well. I don't have 6-ounce custard cups so I used small muffin tins and filled them up 3/4 of the way. They made a great breakfast food, expecially with cinnamin sugar.. Thanks for the recipe
