LOVE IT!! This cornbread recipe is sooo addictive, I've already made to twice this week! As another viewer said, I reduced the sugar a tad bit and I also used half 2% milk and half butter milk and has a really nice ( I find that the full about of butter milk give it a slight sour taste). Last, if you are experiencing dryness it possibly might be due over cooking -- the recipie states to bake it for 30-40 min, however mine were ready in 20 minutes so PLEASE set you oven timer for 20 min and then test with a tooth pick, if after 20 kin it comes out clean then it's done and you can just skip out on the extra time.
