About this Cook
Hello! I'm afraid I can't say all that much about me. (online safety reasons!) More coming soon...
My favorite things to cook
I haven't cooked much. I mostly end up cooking or helping cooking desserts! (besides for that it's your basic scrambled and friend eggs, noodle etc...)

Egg-Free Bonbon Cookies
These are delightful little cookies. I ran out of eggs and was looking to a recipe with my limited ingredients. I didn't use the cherries, and the cookies turned out as something similar to shortbread. To add a little home touch I shaped them into little hearts. I made them in less than 30 minutes and despite my worries they turned out just fine. I don't do much cooking by myself so I was satisfied at how they came out. Two siblings agree. So, if you are looking to an easy, egg-free cookie, look no further!

Cream Cheese Frosting II
This was great recipe! I love cream cheese frosting; the only problem for me is that some cream cheese frostings can tend to be a little grainy. This recipe was wonderfully smooth; and I didn't even use an electric mixer! The only thing that I would recommend if you like lighter, fluffier and smoother cream cheese frosting is that I used the pre-whipped cream cheese. A truly wonderful recipe! (I ended up using it this time for banana bread and the two went together really well.)

Banana Sour Cream Bread
This is a great recipe! I couldn't find Mom's original recipe. (and over ripe bananas were calling!) I wasn't sure very sure at first when I saw this recipe, (After reading the lower reviews) but you never know unless you try making it yourself! The banana bread needed a few more minutes more than an hour, but after it turned out wonderful! There weren't any purple banana globs and the whole bread was evenly cooked. I also made some cream cheese frosting to go with it. Together with frosting and more mild sweetness of the banana bread this recipe was wonderful! This was my first time making banana bread without Mom directly helping. If your new to making banana bread like me, this is a great recipe! I will without a doubt use this recipe again. Actually, I plan on making more banana bread very soon! (more bananas calling!)
