Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: May 1, 2014
I made this for my husband and he said it was like breakfast pizza. He loved it!!!! It was a bit of work preparing but well worth the effort. Left overs were great too.

Delicious Black Bean Burritos

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2013
Wow! Very, very good -- and I don't like beans or red peppers, but this was awesome! Perfect medley of flavors. It made 2 perfect burritos (10" flour tortillas). I didn't bake the tortillas, I just put them in the microwave with a moist paper towel for 1 min. Otherwise, I followed the recipe to a T.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: May 8, 2012
Made exactly as it is listed. My bread pans are 10x5 and it was done baking on 300 degress at 50 minutes. I was a little leary taking it out at that point due to so many needing to bake longer than an hour, but it came out absolutely perfect! This is the most delicious banana nut bread I've ever had. Not too moist and not dry. Just perfect!

Taco Pie

Reviewed: May 8, 2008
Delicious! I added my sour cream and a bit of salsa zing after I dished it out for the kids. They are picky as could be and they even loved it, although their portions did not have sour cream. It was easy and very good!

Chicken Teriyaki - It's a Secret

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2006
I cooked this in a covered skillet due to the weather, it turned out great. After reading reviews I made mine with garlic powder and cayenne pepper, great touch!

Slow Cooker Lasagna

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2006
Perfect lasagna... I was very skeptical when I was making it. I followed the recipe to a "T" and it came out perfect. Nothing burned, nothing was chewy, tasted great. It took a bit of finagling to get it out and keep it looking pretty but after the first slice was out it was much easier. 5 stars from our entire family, kids and all!

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2006
Curl your toes good! Mmmm!!!! It couldn't have been any better, everyone at the staff meeting wanted the recipe! Be sure to spray your pan before putting yoru crust in though, I thought it wouldn't stick since it has butter but it does stick, fortunately only the first two portions were hard to get out.

Denise's Peanut Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2006
I give this 3 stars because my husband and I disagreed. I did not like it at all... I tasted too much of the ginger and parsley. My husband liked it but he wasn't raving wild. Be sure to pick up UNSALTED peanuts when you shop!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2004
This is the easiest, most delicious fudge! It's very rich so I put it a little larger of a pan to make it not so thick, other than that I wouldn't change a thing! Definitely try it out; you'll love it and so will everyone else.

Chocolate Frosting I

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2004
This is an excellent frosting recipe. Not too thick or cocoa tasting, which is what I have often run into. I've finally settled on a chocolate frosting recipe. THANK YOU!

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2004
Stab it with a fork and it falls apart! This is so incredibly good. I got this recipe about a year ago off of here and it has become a house/guest favorite. Definitely try this one! The only thing I have changed is I put unseasoned meat tenderizer on each chop and I've downed the white wine to 1/4 cup.

My 5 year old loves to make this for any occasion. He actually makes it himself with my assistance. Great kid recipe. It's a very yummy, sweet treat.

Queso Fundido

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2004
The only one who got fed tonight was my garbage disposal. This was so nasty. The picante was was the worst combination with it, also perhaps queso blanco and some cream cheese. I'm going to toy around and see if I can offer up a better alternative.
