Ever since I found this recipe I have made this each year for Easter and Christmas to go with my ham... My family loves this and it has become a tradition... To lighten it up I used the low fat soup, sour cream and cheddar cheese... No one can tell a difference... Thank you for giving me a tradition in my family...

Chicken Piccata I

Although just a little time consuming, I was very pleased with the result. I have never made chicken piccata before and this was great. My husband nad my kids loved it. This is a great dish to make for guests, very easy to garnish and serves beautifully.
