Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Hands down the best chili recipe I have ever tried. Use real bacon instead of the bacon bits. The secret is to let it simmer (low) for a long long time to let all the flavors meld together. Make a bunch and freeze the leftovers for later. It all gets eaten - it's THAT good!

Tuna Noodle Casserole II

Great & tasty - as far as tuna noodle casseroles go. My kids loved it and they can be picky eaters. Try using Utz brand salt & pepper potato chips on top - it adds great flavor and a nice crunch!

Out of this world - nothing but rave reviews!!! I upped the 1/2 & 1/2 to 2 cups, and use a full 16 oz of Velveta. Yum!

Anthony's Lime Chicken with Pasta

Very good ~ cooked as the recipe stated but used Pinot Grigio for the white wine. Very good ~ unique taste. The chicken was very juicy - but not soggy at all. Recommend!

Baked Potato Soup I

Delicious soup! I cut the margarine back a bit because I wanted to use some of the bacon grease added to a bit of the margarine for the roux. The one time I made it I had to use some 1/2 and 1/2 as I had run out of milk - sure was creamy. Will definitely make again. Great base for many creamy soups! Thanks for the recipe!

Sausage Stuffing

Love, love, love this stuffing recipe. Everyone eats it all. Put some in the bird, and some in a separate dish. The only change I made was to add a bit of Bell's seasoning as I just don't think stuffing tastes the same without it!

Cheeseburger Meatloaf

This is an awesome meatloaf - and this is from someone that HATES meatloaf! I love that the recipe is so flexible. Have made it several different ways - loaded bacon cheeseburger, mushroom and swiss, pepperjack ranch, just to name a few. Thanks for a great recipe that my whole family enjoys!

Prime Rib Roast

This was delicious! We made it for Thanksgiving and it was so tender. My husband thought there was too much garlic, but I couldn't disagree more! We used this recipe for a little over 3 lb piece of prime rib and I have one word for it.....YUM!

Cola Burgers

Don't let the ingredients scare you....Moist, Delicious Burgers...The Hit of the Party! Just handle with care as they tend to fall apart easier than the regular ole' burger. Remember to oil the grill!!! These are good as is, or dress them up with your fav. fixins'! YUMMY!

Spinach and Rice (Spanakorizo)

Definitely top with feta cheese & lemon juice - makes the dish (it's a bit bland without it). My hubby that hates spinach thought this was quite tasty. Lil kiddos ate it all up too!

Potato and Bacon Salad

This is our new favorite potato salad recipe. We added a bit more bacon as 4 slices did not seem to be enough and we used regular russet potatos that were cubed before boiling. Big hit at our cookout! Thanks!

Baked Spinach

Made this as one of the dishes served at a recent buffet style party. This was a huge hit! Every bit was eaten. Even those that don't usually go for vegetables loved it. I tried it again for just my family, and added mushrooms and onion and it was also very good.
