Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf

Wonderful! I lined the backing sheet with parchment paper instead of aluminum foil. Served sauteed red onion, kale, peppers, spinach and broccoli. I'll use this again and again, thank you!

I use spelt flour instead of white, I also followed the advice of another baker that used 3/4 cup of unsweetened apple sauce and 3/4 cup veg oil I cut out the sugar and use carob chips, very moist cake!

Turkey with Apple Slices

Very good! I suggest to double the glaze and add sweet onions or red onion to the glaze. Tart apples are a the best choice however for a mild flavor use a sweeter apple. I served beets and green beans with the meal. I also think squash would be a nice option also.

I use this recipe often with many variations. I like to add parsnip, carrots and coarse ground pepper I add peas in the last 5min. The flavor is never the same twice which is nice to have variety!
