Real good recipe to get your kids to help you with. And YES it really tastes like an eclaire.

Super Moist Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2002
Wonderful bread. I made a pumpkin bread recipe the other day and incorporated from that 1/2 tsp. Allspice and 1/4 tsp. cloves to give this one a little more kick. Smelled wonderful baking and tasted great too. Mad a spread with cream cheese, honey and cinnamon to spread on this.

This recipe is great! I've used lemon pudding instead of vanilla and the results are just as good.

Brown Jug Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2001
Easy after work recipe that you can just throw together. I sometimes use just regular water in place of chicken broth and throw in cut up smoked sausage. Both the sausage and broth would make the soup too salty-especially with the Velveeta cheese.

Broccoli Cheese Soup

This soup was a hit with my family. We love the broccoli cheese soup that is served at Ruby Tuesday's and Callahan's in Kalamazoo Michigan. Now I can duplicate the taste and texture with this recipe. thanks!

Garlic Linguine

very good recipe, I sometimes turn this into a main dish by adding chicken. This works good to with yellow squash or zuchini for more veggies.

Kapusta II

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2006
This is a good and economical recipe. Instead of salt pork,I use butter and olive oil. Chopped 2 onions, Keilbasa or pork steak cut in strips. Cook those before adding the cabbage. Add frozen peas once the cabbage cooks down, season with plenty of salt and pepper. Toss in the egg noodles and you have supper.

German Potato Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2006
The taste of this soup is very good with the vegetable combination. I like the idea of thickening the soup with instant potato flakes. But cheddar is not an ideal melting cheese in soup, it clumps making the soup unappealing..and the greasy yellow layer on the surface of the soup. I will make this again but use only the loaf cheese, cube up a 2lb box. Leave out the swiss and cheddar.
