Never Enough Green Bean Casserole

Wow! This is such a nice break from the same ol' green bean casserole. The bacon pieces and cheese really make this taste great. I'm sure it will be a hit at Thanksgiving! I wasn't able to find the bacon/cheese spread but used the Kraft Old English spread...it was perfect.

Artichoke Chicken

Excellent! The first time I made it, I thought it had too much of a mayo flavor so the next time, I used 1/2 cup of mayo and 1/2 cup sour cream. I also added about 1 tbsp of horseradish. Much better the second time. One of our favorites!

White Chili

Excellent White Chili recipe! I followed the recipe exactly and had no trouble with the chili being too watery. I did add a couple teaspoons of cumin. I let it simmer for about an hour and it was perfect!

Apple Crisp I

Chicken Avocado Pizza

Super quick and easy! Very tasty too. I also added garlic powder and paprika to the sauce. A nice break from the original type pizzas. I followed the recipe for the sauce and just used one 12 inch crust. Turned out great.

Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler

Excellent! Followed the recipe exactly and it was great. Only downfall, my bottom crust stuck to the pan as well...even though I sprayed it with non-stick cooking spray. Any suggestions?

Slow Cooker Barbecue Goose Sandwich

My husband is a HUGE goose hunter and we have a freezer full of goose breasts. This is so easy and VERY good. I even enjoy it and I don't like goose that much. I like to add the sauteed onions and garlic to the slow cooker....gives it great flavor.

Scalloped Corn I

Great side-dish! I did omit 1 tbsp of the white sugar, and the sweetness was just right. I think it would've been too sweet with the second tbsp. Easy and good!

Bella's Rosemary Red Potatoes

This is the best recipe I have found so far for baby reds. I did sprinkle the potatoes with garlic powder as well as the S&P. Next time I may mix in some minced garlic with the oil and butter.

Classy Chicken

Overall this was very good. When my husband saw it he said, "It does look classy! Let's eat at the table instead of in front of the TV." I did make a couple changes. I cubed the chicken breasts and added more garlic. I served it over pasta. I think next time I will add fresh mushrooms as well. Great recipe!

Excellent cake. Mine also took closer to 50 minutes to bake. I added about 1/4 tsp of cinnamon in addition to the nutmeg. Very easy and very yummy!

Spaghetti Sauce III

This, too, was my first time attempting spaghetti sauce without the jar. It was so quick, easy and tasty! I did take another reviewer's suggestion and doubled the tomato paste. I like a thicker sauce, more like Prego. I'm sure with just the 6 oz of paste it would give you more of a Ragu-like sauce. Very good!

Wild Mushroom Sauce

I have made this for years. I can not eat a steak without it! The more of a mix of types of mushrooms the wilder the flavor. I use one package dry brown gravy mix and 1/2 cup water for the demi-glace. Turns out perfect!

Layered Chicken and Black Bean Enchilada Casserole

This is excellent. Perfect for when you're craving Mexican. It honestly has a true Mexican flavor. I made the Red Enchilada Sauce from this site and it was great! This dish is even better the next day. Will definitely make again.
