Pizza Pan Oatmeal Cookie
This was very good. I read the reviews beforehand and decided to add 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon to my batter so it wouldn't be bland. I didn't want a ton of spice and 1/2 tsp. turned out well for me. This recipe did not fill my pizza pan, which was fine in this case because I was not feeding a whole lot of people. I would definitely double the recipe if I was feeding more than a few people. I thought this had good texture (edges crispy, middle soft- so you can please everyone depending on the texture of cookie they like!) I will be making again soon!

Mahogany Pork Chops
I mixed the marinade for these in the morning and let them marinate all day. I was very disappointed when I took my first bite after pulling them off the grill and I could not taste the marinade AT ALL. The chops were good.

Oatmeal Whole Wheat Quick Bread
I made this bread today, and it is wonderful! I love quick breads! I doubled the recipe and placed in a large loaf pan and baked at 350 degrees for 45 minutes as another reviewer suggested. I also did not grind the oatmeal. It turned out great. I substituted agave nectar for the honey and coconut oil for the vegetable oil. I will be making this again very soon. It could not be easier!
