Fantastic! I had to make a couple of substitutions, since I'll be moving soon, and I didn't want to buy groceries. I used dried parsley (about 2 tablespoons) in place of the fresh and some ground up oats and whole wheat pancake mix (unsweetened) in place of the bread crumbs. I cooked it in my George Foreman grill (brushed with a little olive oil) and served it on pita with the cucumber sauce, a little hummus, and fresh spinach. I reheated the leftovers in my toaster oven and served them over a bed of spinach with mushrooms, cucumbers, tomatoes, and the yogurt sauce for a refreshing salad. I'll definitely make this again, and I bet it will be even better with the right ingredients!
