Easy Cucumber Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2010
Great recipe with a few minor adjustments... Left out the parsley and dill. Used garlic powder instead of minced and cider vinegar instead of white vinegar. Added in a tablespoon of veg oil and a bit of white pepper and onion powder. Delicious!

Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2008
Too bland... I used 1 cup of milk and a little vanilla extract. Only baked for 18 min as recommended. Didn't put the topping on. Maybe it needs more chocolate chips... It was very moist though...

Banana Muffins II

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2008
Wonderful recipe! I've made these a bunch of times and every time they come out great! A few tips... -use over ripe bananas- the riper, the better - stir the wet and dry ingredients as little as possible, just till combined - stirring too much makes the muffins dry and tough

Brownie Caramel Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2007
This cheesecake was amazing! My husband loved it! I added about 1/3 cup water to the brownie mix along with a little vegetable oil. I also used the caramel ice cream topping instead of the caramels and milk. I highly recommend this recipe. I would certainly make this again!

Delicious Easy Chicken Francese

Reviewed: May 10, 2007
Wonderful! I made a few changes: Added some garlic powder to the sauce. Made sure I mixed the cornstarch with water before adding and then brought the sauce to a boil to thicken. Also, dredged the chicken in Bisquick instead of the eggs and flour. My family loved it! I will definitely make it again! So easy!
