Baked Pork Chops I

Good recipe. This goes well with baked potatoes and a garden salad.

Pretty good recipe. It was too thin for my taste. I will make it again, however, I will be very liberal in adding clams and potatoes. Also, I will probably adjust the half & half to cream ratio to make it thicker. It was very simple and had very good flavor.

Shrimp Linguine

This is a great recipe for two reasons, it tastes great and it's very quick to prepare. It is fantastic with a caesar salad and breadsticks!

This was a very different type of dessert. It was very good the way the chocolate and vanilla layers compliment each other. The preparation is very simple. This would be great to prepare quickly the night before you have guests.

Jambalaya I

This recipe was quite awful. I'm used to jambalaya having a nice spicy heat. This was mushy with an unpleasant flavor. It was nice to prepare in a slow cooker, however, the end result is quite poor.
