Last Minute Dinner

So it's dinner time.  Now what?  That's the question I asked myself the other night.  Here is what I came up with.  I took a pound of hamburger meat out of the freezer and fried it.  I then took a cup of Big Rick's original bbq sauce and 1/4 cup water and add it to the cooked hamburger meat.  Once it has simmered for about 10 minutes it is ready.  So now my sloppy joe mix is ready.  I placed the sloppy joe mix on hamburger buns with some cheese on top.  I added some corn and cooked potatoes and Dinner is Ready.

That's pretty much how I cook most of the time-pull something out of the "cold box" & fix dinner. When there isn't much left to throw together-head for the grocery store-20+ miles away!
