Adrienne's Cucumber Salad

Absolutely delicious! Exactly what I was looking for. I usually make a creamy sweet dressing for cucumbers, but we're having a bumper crop this year and I wanted something a bit different. This was PERFECT! The recipe was absolutely yumtastic. I made one change...I only used 2 cucumbers instead of 4 and it was the perfect amount for us! Thanks for the awesome recipe!

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

I have never tried this on the grill before. My husband and I always just wrap them and bake them on a broiler pan in the oven. I find that cooking them in the oven makes the jalapenos very tender and they get done at the same time that the bacon gets finished. Also, if you don't like them quite as hot, just make very sure to get not only all of the seeds out fo the jalapenos, but also, the white membrane should be completely removed to help cut out the heat. Also, if you don't like them hot, I don't recommend stuffing them ahead of time. I did this once and left them sit overnight in the fridge and they were way too hot for my taste. These are the best tailgating food ever! We call ours Cyclone Hot Poppers after our beloved Iowa State Cyclones! Definitely YUMMY!

Tater Taco Casserole

We really like this for a quick, flavorful weeknight meal. Very easy to assemble and a nice change of pace from the traditional tater tot casserole that I normally make.

Bacon-Wrapped Peanut Butter Jalapenos

I've made these and they are really good. I prefer Cream Cheese stuffed in mine with the wrapped bacon...identical recipe but with CC instead of PB. But the PB is very good, too. Just curious to Lilysmom...why would you give a recipe 1 star and post a "review" with absolutely no critique of the recipe whatsoever? My assumption from you "seriously?" is that you've never made these. So why give a review at all? If the recipe doesn't appeal to you...simply move on to the next.

Cinnamon Rolls II

I am beside myself with giddiness right now. lol I have never in my life made a yeast bread. I've always been too scared. They seemed SO intimidating. I made these today because cinnamon rolls are my hubby's favorite, but I didn't tell him I was doing it because I was honestly afraid they would be an epic fail on my part. They just came out of the oven 15 minutes ago and I frosted them. Just had my first bite. Heaven! They are simply some of the best cinnamon rolls I have ever eaten. They are SO light and airy and they nearly melt in your mouth. I cannot wait for DH to get off work and get home to surprise him with them. I will NEVER ever go back to premade or tube cinnamon rolls after this. These are literally 10-15 minutes of hands on time is all. And the rest is done by the bread machine! I can't thank you enough for posting this recipe! LOVE LOVE LOVE it! I honestly cannot imagine anyone giving this recipe less than 5 stars. I did double the cinnamon-sugar filling and added quite a bit of extra cinnamon (our personal preference in CRs) and I doubled the icing. Again, just our personal preference. These are simply fantastic!!! TY TY TY!

Special K Cookies

I made these today for my son and they turned out perfectly! I doubled the recipe and still cooked it for only abour 4 minutes in the microwave. I think that may be the problem for the users who had trouble with the cookies getting too hard was that the mixture was overcooked in the microwave either due to high wattage microwave or cooking too long, which would make the sugar's temp. reach more of a hard candy stage versus the soft ball/caramely stage that these are supposed to be.
