Made this cake for my friends birthday. I never liked the taste of cheesecake but decided to give it a try again and I really liked it. It helps if you put the cake pan in a larger cake pan with water it prevents it from cooing too fast and keeps the cake moist. If you are using a spring form like I did just cover the bottom weigh foil so water doesn't get in it. I also replaced the graham cracker with Oreos. I put the entire Oreo with the cream (regular not double stuffed) and put it in a food processor to crush it and continued with the rest of the recipe. (I used an entire pack of Oreos for the crust)
